Welcome to the Ozarks!
Our quality, comfortable, real log cabins are nestled deep in the woods near Flat, Missouri, just 6 miles from the East Gate of Fort Leonard Wood. But Flat is not flat, and our mountain-top hideway gives away its altitude during the 6-mile ascent and descent to and from Fort Leonard Wood.
Our cabins range from the Ozark EXTREME COMFORT, with complimentary breakfast and king bed, to our EXTREME RUSTIC cabin, without electricity or running water (has gravity-fed water for kitchen sink). All cabins are fully furnished with bed linen (unless otherwise stated), have heat/air, a bathroom w/shower, a kitchen with pots, pans and utensils, real plates and silverware, as well as paper plates and plastic silverware, a refrigerator, coffee maker, stove, and microwave. We offer a free Continental Breakfast, already provided in each cabin (cereal, milk, juice, lunch meat, bread, and even some fresh eggs courtesy of our hens!). Each cabin has a front deck that overlooks our beautiful duck pond. There is fishing nearby at Spring Creek (3 miles away) and numerous canoe rental locations as well. Visit our Little Lamb petting zoo area and pet 'ol Sally, our kind and slow old mare who loves apples! Enjoy several miles of our private walking trails along our wet weather creeks.

Extreme Comfort Cabin
Our Extreme Comfort Cabin includes a hot tub, our complimentary continental breakfast including fresh fruit, a full bath, real wood burning fireplace, king-sized bed, and a flat screen TV. This cabin has 3 bedrooms and sleeps a total of 8 adults (futon in living room included).
Comfy Cabin
This cabin is decked-out similar to our EXTREME Comfort Cabin inside but has two bedrooms instead of 3 and sleeps 5 adults (two on the living room futon) comfortably. There is also room for an additional two cots in the living room.
SuperMax Occupancy Cabin
Our SuperMax cabin/bunkhouse is designed for large families and includes a real wood-burning stove and up to a dozen cots (upon request)! *We will increase the size of your complimentary breakfast depending upon the number of your party free of charge.
Extreme Rustic Cabin
No electricity or running water for the no frills camper/hunter! This cabin has a queen bed and two single bunks (linen provided upon request), a real wood-burning stove, gravity-fed water for kitchen sink and an outhouse--oh yeah!! There's also room for two more cots, available upon request.
